• Video files and scripts uploaded for processing (stored temporarily)
• Usage history and credit purchase history

• To verify your identity and provide the requested service (adding subtitles / generating narration)
• To process credit purchases
• To improve service quality

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

• Google — for login (OAuth)
• Stripe — for payment processing. We do not see or store users' credit card numbers
• ElevenLabs — your audio/script is sent to this provider for speech-to-text or text-to-speech processing
• Sentry — for tracking and fixing system errors; some usage-related data may be included

4. Data Retention Period

Original video files and results are automatically deleted within 7 days after a job completes. Account information and credit purchase history are retained for as long as the account remains active.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies only to remember your login status. We do not use cookies for behavioral tracking or advertising.

6. Your Rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.
