Terms of Service

1. Our Service

Selloquent is a web service that automatically adds subtitles to videos based on the speech in the clip, and/or generates new narration using text-to-speech from a script provided by the user.

2. User Accounts

Users may only log in via a Google account. Users are responsible for the security of their own Google account.

3. Credits and Payment

• Each use deducts credits according to the amount listed on the pricing page — credits are deducted only when a job completes successfully; failed jobs are not charged.
• Payments for credits are processed through Stripe. We do not store users' credit card information ourselves.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable, except in cases where a system failure prevents use of the service, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting our team.

4. User-Uploaded Content

• Users must own or hold legal rights to the video/script they upload.
• Uploading illegal, copyright-infringing, or inappropriate content (obscene, violent, or fraudulent) is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts or refuse service if a violation of this clause is found, without prior notice.

5. File Storage and Deletion

Original video files and results are automatically deleted from the system within 7 days after a job completes. Please download your results before this period ends.

6. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of subtitles or narration generated by the automated system, and are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of such results.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
